I used to take my allowance to buy crafting supplies glitter, sequins, paint, or glue -- I loved it all! I am still like this and can spend numerous hours perusing the aisles of any craft store! I was taught to crochet by my friend's mother, learning only one pattern, and that is all I knew for several years. After having children, I decided that I wanted to do more with crochet than just the sing

le pattern I learned so long ago. I began using the internet as a resource to teach myself techniques, new patterns, and am in the beginning steps of learning how to spin my own yarn. I have passed the love of crafting on to my four children and they love to do anything that is crafty.
