Your skin talks to you - here's what to listen for:

✓ Redness, itching, or peeling after a session

✓ Gritty or irritated eyes (even with goggles)

✓ Skin feeling tight, sore, or hot hours later

✓ Unusual dryness or flaking

If you notice these, it's time to space out your sessions and let your skin recover.

Listening to your body = healthier tanning habits. 💙

🐾 Weekend Edition: Meet the Zoo - Cheez It! 🐾

This is Cheez It, Logan's cat, and he's got PERSONALITY.

With humans? Total sweetheart. Loving, affectionate, the whole package.

With the other cats? He's basically the neighborhood tough guy. Two YEARS in this house, and he still refuses to mingle with anyone but us.

Some cats just know what they want - and Cheez It wants humans only, thank you very much. 😂💙
