"I love the dress. It looks terrific for the event I ordered it for.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to get in and out of without assistance. I am currently having it altered to address this issue.
My efforts to contact customer service have so far met with no response.
Once the dress is altered it will be perfect, but I have had to do this entirely on my own.
