"I ordered and received the black and white stripe 2 piece dress. It feels like quality cotton fabric with full polyester lining. The sewing and quality is very good. The skirt has two complete layers with ruffle trim on the top layer. It is very long so if you are tall or use high heels, you're safe. I will be hemming mine shorter. The fit is comensurate to the size and measurements. I'm happy with how it fits. The skirt is elastic.." says Gina
