June 20th, events start at 10am, $35 gets you into as many events as you would like to participate in (only $10 for GBRC members!) Hand timed.

Free kid's 100 meter dash (10 and under)

Family/Friends Fun Relays -4x400 or 4x200

400 meter, seeded (you enter your estimated finish, and you'll be put in the closest heat to your time)

800 meter, seeded

Gale Pfueller Mile, seeded (rare opportunity to race a true mile, not 1500/1600)

Competitive 4x400m relay, seeded

Invite your friends, compete for a bagel medal!

Want to get some insight into building your summer training plan? Chris Fredlund from will be at Fairhaven Runners next Thursday (May 28th) 6:30pm for a free talk on polarized training schedules (hard days hard, easy days easy). A 30 minute discussion will be followed by a Q and A!

Next Tuesday!! Demo the Aero Glide 4 from Salomon, sample nutrition from Skratch Labs, and meet new friends! The run starts at 6pm, but be sure to show a little early if you're hoping to demo shoes! This run will be a timed out and back (20 min. out, 20 min. back) so we all finish around the same time.

Happy One Year of WAnder Women! HUGE thanks to Altra, Bloomhaven, Alpine Fit, and Serendipity for making this event extra special, to everyone who has showed up to a WAnder women event, who has taught a class post run/walk or shared their skills, volunteered to lead, and an extra special thanks to Jen for dreaming up and coordinating this weekly trail outing (and beyond!). After a year of building friendships and meaningful connections on the trails, we’re marking the occasion with a fun adventure through the 100 Acre Woods to Arroyo Park—followed by a festive celebration with delicious non-alcoholic mimosas from .na shopping with and and discounts at Fairhaven Runners 💗

Special Guest: Altra! We’re excited to welcome Altra, with an opportunity to try out their trail shoes during the adventure.

Distance: 6 miles roundtrip (with options to shorten). Run , walk, or run/walk
