6 months post kidney surgery!!! NO REGRETS!!!! Donating a kidney to my father was one of the most important things I’ve done in my life. I’m grateful he has made it to this point and is healthy and looking forward to being active and living life to the fullest again. Happy to help give him that chance! ❤️

We did it! 3 months ago I had the privilege of donating a kidney to my father. I am happy to report that we are both doing great and made it to our 3 month recovery mark! Dad still has a little ways to go before he can go out in public regularly, especially because it is sick season, but he is hitting all of his milestones with flying colors!! I am so grateful to see him make it to this point and that his body and spirit had the strength to do it!! We are truly blessed to have had so much love and support from family and friends throughout this long journey! Thank you to everyone for all of the well wishes, flowers, gifts, meals, housekeeping, etc.!!!
