Happy Belated Birthday to our closet’s founder, Kathy Pohl!

Kathy started collected dresses and suits in 2008 when she was the school nurse at Beloit Memorial High School. She lovingly named the closet Fantastic Formalwear.

In 2010, the closet officially joined as a chapter of Becca’s Closet and has since provided thousands of dresses and suits to area high school students!

Kathy retired as Becca’s Closet of Beloit director in June, 2025, but her love and care for local students is still being shared.

Thank you for everything you’ve done to support local students and help them shine!
