Dear Thrifty Kids Friends,

As I close my doors for the very last time to you; I just want to say what an honor it has been to serve this community. It has brought me so much joy to get to know many of you and watch your beautiful families grow. To share stories, laughs, and yes … tears.

This experience has been so very rewarding and one I will never forget. I will never forget YOU. I was just the caretaker of the THINGS, but Thrifty Kids was always yours … and to be a part of it in this tiny moment of time … Well, to say Thank You just doesn’t seem to be enough. To the folks, who I know are private and would rather me not name them, I love you, each of you! Your encouragement, support, advice, kindnesses: I can never repay … but will pay it forward (Shop Up Thrift!!! 😉 *cough cough).

And now just a tiny bit of advice I give to all the new families starting out on this wild journey called Parenting.

Here it is. It’s a big one … My advice: Don’t take anyone’s advice.
