Casa de Stela

Casa de Stela Always Ethical, Always Loved. Stela 9 is a sustainable fashion brand with production based in Guatemala. Our items are handmade by skilled artisans.

The company was founded in the summer of 2010 by an archaeology assistant with a love of culture, artisan leather crafting and weaving traditions. The line was created through a meticulous process of sourcing precious stones, recycled textiles and local leathers that represented our worldly aesthetic and the importance of preserving cultural traditions of artisans throughout Latin America. Stela 9

directly contributes to the livelihood and sustainability of the indigenous communities that these cherished items travel from. Always ethical, always loved.

We’ve been wanting to do this one for a while…

On Saturday, August 15, we’re handing over part of Casa to the closets of some of Bend’s best-dressed women + men.

CASA’S CURATED CLOSETS is part closet sale, part treasure hunt: designer pieces, true vintage, denim, dresses, shoes, bags and the really good things people have been holding onto because they’re just a little too good to get rid of.

Think DÔEN, Chloé, Réalisation Par, AGOLDE, B Sides, Sézane, Isabel Marant, Toteme, Acne Studios, Gucci + lots of true vintage.

And because clothes have stories, you’ll find notes on some of the pieces sharing where they were worn or why their owner is finally ready to let them go.

Come early. We’ll have bubbles! Try everything on. Leave with something that already has a life behind it.

SAT 8.15 · 4–8 PM
Casa de Stela
838 NW Bond Street

Because great clothes deserve another life.

SEPTEMBER 13-18 ✨✨✨

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about what a typical week on retreat actually looks like, so we thought we’d give you a little peek behind the scenes.

Our goal has never been to pack every minute with activities. We believe the best travel happens when there’s room to slow down, connect with incredible women, learn from local artists, and experience a place without rushing through it.

We’ll be staying at the luxurious Agroturismo Son Boronat and taking classes with dada-days ❤️

If you’re curious about joining us this September, comment MALLORCA below and we’ll send you the full itinerary, room options, and answer any questions you have.

Imagine waking up in a 17th-century finca tucked into the mountains of Mallorca.

Mornings begin with optional yoga and breakfast in the courtyard before spending the day wandering local villages, creating alongside local artists, swimming in the sea, and lingering over long dinners together.

We have just a handful of spaces remaining, with a few different room options depending on how you’d like to experience the retreat.

Whether you’re traveling solo and would love to join our quad room, bringing a friend to share one of our suites, or dreaming of having a private room all to yourself, we’d love to help you find the best fit.

Some of the best moments on our retreats aren’t the ones you can plan.

They’re the afternoons that unfold slowly.

The conversations that happen while your hands are busy.

The satisfaction of learning something entirely new from someone who has spent years perfecting their craft.

One afternoon in Mallorca, we’ll gather in a quiet courtyard with local artist Gabriela Sans to explore the art of natural indigo dyeing. You’ll experiment with folding, binding, dipping and watching each piece emerge from the dye bath with every pattern completely unique.

You don’t need to be creative.
You don’t need any experience.

Just a willingness to be curious.

It’s these kinds of experiences that make our retreats feel less like a vacation and more like living somewhere for a little while.

Mallorca has just a handful of spaces remaining, and we’ll be closing enrollment soon.

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, send us a message. We’d love to answer your questions.

One of our favorite reviews began with something that made us laugh:

“The tour for people who don’t like tours.”

That’s exactly what we hoped to create.

We aren’t interested in checking boxes or racing from one attraction to the next. We’d rather linger over coffee, spend hours wandering a local market, take long dinners outside, create with local artists, swim in the sea, and leave enough space for unexpected moments.

Most of our guests arrive without knowing anyone. By the end of the week, they’re already talking about where they’ll travel together next.

If you’ve been watching from afar, we’d love to have you join us.

Mallorca has just a few spaces remaining, and enrollment will be closing soon.

Send us a DM with “Mallorca” and we’ll send you the room options and answer any questions you have. 🌞
