I'm Samantha Rock, and sewing has been my lifelong passion. From the tender age of three, I eagerly assisted my mom in her sewing projects, even having my own kid-sized sewing machine. I would create doll clothes from fabric scraps, fueling my creativity and love for the craft. As I grew older, my skills blossomed. I became the go-to person for designing and sewing Halloween costumes, creating int
ricate and polished outfits not only for myself but also for friends. Throughout high school, I crafted my everyday clothes and custom dresses for school dances, showcasing my style. In college, I embraced new challenges. I made friends with some of the Greek row, designing custom dresses for sorority sisters and skillfully altering suits for formal events. Word of my talent spread, and I was entrusted with tailoring the football team's khakis and suits. Word then grew to the local dance team communities, where I helped alter dance team costumes and created specific dance routine-inspired costumes that have won best costume awards for the teams. While working as an assistant manager at Jos. Banks, I dedicated my spare time to apprenticing with experienced tailors, further refining my craft. Now, after healing from a complicated pregnancy, I am excited to re-open the business to cater to your custom design and tailoring needs.
