I’ve gotta shout out to my crew!!
It’s been a tough couple of weeks.
This heat is definitely heating up our plant.
I bet on Wednesday it hit 127 or so in areas of our shop.
We had an exhaust fan quit on us this week. 😭😩
Everyone has showed up to work with a smile on their face, and have worked efficiently to try and get our equipment off as early as possible!
I’m so blessed to have them!
When you can leave work, still giggling and carrying on conversations after a hard week was put in, that’s when you know you have your people!
