🌿 FAMROOTS Update 🌿
We are currently closed while preparing to welcome our baby into the world.
Due to high-risk pregnancy precautions (all is well—baby is doing wonderfully!), I am temporarily relocating to Ann Arbor under the care of the University of Michigan medical team until delivery. I have an aneurysm in my aorta, so my doctors are being especially cautious to ensure the safest possible outcome for both baby and me.
While I had hoped to reopen for the start of summer, my focus right now is a safe and healthy birth.
For those wondering, FAMROOTS is not currently open. The “OPEN” sign visible in the window is the same sign that has been there since we opened and has not been turned on since Christmas. Depending on the sun and glare, it can sometimes appear illuminated.
I am incredibly grateful for the concern, prayers, encouragement, and support from this community. Your kindness means so much to our family during this special season.
I can’t wait to see you all later this summer and introduce you to our newest little FAMROOTS family member.
