At Mainetti, supporting the communities where we operate is a central part of our commitment to creating positive, lasting change.

This is why Mainetti India recently organized a Student Welfare Initiative at a secondary school in Thirupanthiyur, Tamil Nadu. The team provided students with reusable drinking water bottles and refreshments to help keep them hydrated and energized throughout the school day, supporting their well-being while promoting a healthy learning environment.

Mainetti China has reached another important milestone in its digitalization journey with the introduction of new Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems in the form of “robotic partners” at our Shenzhen distribution center.

Our new robot partners, named Swift, Atlas, Nova and Aegis, have joined the warehouse, each representing the speed, reliability, innovation and safety of our approach to intelligent logistics. Equipped with advanced navigation technology and capable of consistent, 24/7 automated performance, they will help streamline material handling, reduce manual processes, and support a smarter, more agile warehouse environment.

Our CEO, Roberto Peruzzo, and CIO, Shrikanth Narasimha were delighted to attend the launch, and our new robot partners reflect Mainetti's continued investment in innovation and operational excellence.

A special thank you to Peggy Chen, Assistant General Manager, South China, for her leadership throughout the project, and to everyone involved in bringing this milestone to life.

To mark our 65th anniversary, the Mainetti Team in Belgium including Century Box Mainetti recently brought colleagues together for a special day at Pairi Daiza, one of Europe’s most celebrated zoological parks.

Known for offering visitors the chance to "travel the world in a single day", Pairi Daiza provided the perfect setting to celebrate this important milestone and recognize the people whose dedication continues to drive Mainetti’s success.

Designed to honor the building's history while embracing forward-thinking solutions, the new space creates an immersive experience for visitors. The renovation also enhances the centre’s operational efficiency and creates a dynamic hub for learning, collaboration, and customer engagement.

We recently celebrated our Long-Service Awards at Mainetti USA, celebrating employees whose dedication, commitment and hard work have helped shape our success across America.

We are proud to honor the following team members for their milestones: In North Carolina, Wesley Bracken, Richard Glass, Christine Hornak, Irina Seu and Francisco Rio celebrated five years with Mainetti. In California, Nicola Baker marked five years and Jacqueline Master celebrated 20 years. In New Jersey, Leon McCullough celebrated five years and Elisa De Vincentis marked 10 years of service.
