Keeping things light and playful has always been our goal at Aiken, cuz we love a smiling face.

Today, however, we’re going to throw a little shade at the injustices of the Justice (looking at you SCOTUS), and do a little something to help fight the good fight.

Being a gay owned and operated business has always been part of who we are, like being left handed or having freckles, but with the attacks on our community and rights we fought for under attack, it’s time to shine a light on our very gay store and help bring some sanity back to our very damaged justice system.

To that end, we are donating half all the proceeds from our Gay Weather Forecast Tee to , as the courts are a key battleground, with every right we’ve gained at stake.

Oh, and it’s a kick ass tee as well. Look good doing good.

Sometimes it’s good to leave a good thing alone. It just can’t be improved. Or so you think. Then out pops product 2.0 and you look and say, “I stand corrected”.

Case in point, the fabulous slip on shoes from sustainable Danish designer, , called the Tulip.

We have sold thousands of pairs over the past few years. Now they’ve gone and changed it. Added a platform sole.

We have noticed a trend in the store lately that is surprising, but in a good way: women are gravitating toward bold colors.

This is very out of character for the Bay Area, where gray is considered a pop of color.

Yes, another made up holiday is coming up, and yes, we are just going to go ahead and embrace it.

Fathers, father figures, or just someone who makes you feel good, are all ready to be recognized and celebrated, so let’s get to it.
