Go Gracie Go!!

The Princess Warrior Foundation would like to introduce you to one of this year’s childhood cancer honorees - Grace Bailey. Grace was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia). AML starts in the bone marrow, the inner part of certain bones which is soft, where new blood cells are made, but most often it quickly moves into the blood. AML can sometimes spread to other parts of the body including the lymph nodes, liver, spleen or central nervous system.

Grace will be honored at the Princess Warrior 12th annual event this fall. Please join us on Sept. 30, where a portion of the proceeds will go directly to Grace and her family to use as they best see fit.

Today is a big day!!! Line free!! Remission was sustained prayers everyday that Grace continues with remission and grows to be an old Grandma ❤️❤️🥰 a big thank you for all the support through this journey!!!

Grace was able to come home today. One more induction round remaining. This round was tough she has not been home since right after Christmas. Thank you for all the prayers!!!

It has been a while since my last post. We enjoyed Christmas after Christmas with coloring shirts and tattoos the girls got to play and we ate pizza and LOTS of chicken nuggets!!!! The past couple days have been rough for grace with a neutropenic fever and a line infection. Please send up thoughts and prayers!! For my nurse friends her ANC was zero and she has a red lumen strep infection. One more induction round remaining let’s go Grace!!!

I have not been great about sharing to this site. Grace’s numbers came up enough to go home. Between the go fund me and shirt sales we have been able to help with the trips to and from Fargo. Grace got a hair cut as she is losing her hair. And her amazing mom has also cut her hair to support her. Tisha has been a strong ever present mom through this journey. Nice job this is a lot for any mom.
