Dear UPS , as the owner of a new small business, this is the second package of mine containing gymnastics apparel which you have “lost” in close vicinity to my delivery address. It is shocking to me how a package can travel across an ocean successfully and get within hours of me and disappear.
This package contained many items, some of which were collector’s edition Nadia Comaneci leotards. As we celebrate the 50th anniversary of her “perfect 10” , young girls, including the US Athlete Ambassador of Moreau Sport | Justaucorps de gymnastique , should have been receiving these limited edition items, and instead, they are left empty handed.
The white leotard you see here comes in a special collectors edition box and is numbered with only 200 pieces produced in the world. With an item so specific, it’s quite hard to imagine nothing matches this description in any of your lost and found areas and if that is the case, I must believe your employees stole the package.
These items were for little girls, they are timeless pieces they could have kept for a lifetime. I have lost complete trust in UPS and if this package is not found, I will never use your services for my business needs.
