People will say using a CNC router isn’t real wood work and to that I say “Exactly! This is PVC trim that I’m pocketing out for sign hangers on the boarder of an ACM board. A CNC unlocks a lot more materials than only wood!”

This unit is done after getting one more 16oz dose of resin. That makes 166oz or one gallon, one quart and one cup in total. It’s intended to be a table top for a man cave or maybe in this case personal armory. The white oak used to make this was sourced from Stella Sawmill

Cutting 3mm thicc ACM in a single pass with an 1/8” 0 flute up cut bit this morning. This s**t is cool!
