Here’s the exact 30-day game plan we’d follow.

✨ WEEK 1: DECLUTTER, DEPERSONALIZE & DEEP CLEAN

This is the highest return on investment of anything you’ll do.

Start by removing anything that makes the home feel crowded.

Buyers don’t buy square footage.

They buy how spacious a home feels.

Focus on:
• Kitchen countertops
