🌿 From Our New Pathways of Transition Community

Last week, we shared our very first Tuesday Tea, introducing one of my favorite herbs: Rosemary.

While Pathways of Transition is a community created to support women through perimenopause and menopause, many of the herbs, wellness rituals, and self-care practices we explore can benefit anyone looking to live a healthier, more intentional life.

Rosemary is a wonderful example. Known for supporting focus, memory, circulation, and vitality, it's one of my favorite herbs to enjoy as a simple cup of tea.

🚧✨ Exciting Changes Ahead! ✨🚧

After what feels like forever (ok... about 8 years 😆), our building is finally getting some much-needed updates!

Over the next few months you may notice painters, flooring crews, and a little extra activity around the building as renovations take place.(bathrooms etc...)

Don't worry — Motion Arts Wellness and SomaVibe are OPEN and all sessions continue as scheduled. 💚

Think of it as our building's wellness journey. 😉
