The Thrift Rodeo Pop-Up was a huge success! 🤠

A huge THANK YOU to everyone from Big Sky who came out and showed their support. We loved seeing y’all find some amazing western wear while giving great clothes a second life. ♻️🤎

A special thank you to Tips Up for generously letting us set up in your incredible concert venue. We are so grateful for the space and support!

If you missed the pop-up, don’t worry! We’ve still got plenty of leftover western wear waiting for you in the shop. Come by the store and find your next favorite piece to get ready for Community rodeo tonight and PBR next week!

We also do not accept cribs, car seats of any kind, or helmets. For safety reasons, we are unable to use or resell these items, so they must be disposed of if they are left with us. We hate having to throw them away, so please help us by not donating these items.

Every donation you make has a purpose💚🛍️ ♻️
The items we receive are thoughtfully sorted and placed in our store whenever possible. But for the goods we don’t have space for, don’t worry…your donations don’t stop there. We keep the giving going!
Today, we were able to donate excess items to Restore through Habitat for Humanity, helping extend the life of these goods while supporting an incredible organization doing important work in our neighboring communities.
Partnerships like these allow us to continue promoting sustainability, reducing waste, and keeping reusable items out of landfills. Your generosity in Big Sky creates a ripple effect that reaches Belgrade, Bozeman, and beyond.

Yesterday, local Big Sky 5th-grade student Avalyn gave an incredible presentation on the dangers of fast fashion and the impact it has on our environment. 🌎♻️

At the Thrift, our mission is to help reduce waste by giving clothing and household goods a second life. Every item donated, purchased, and reused helps keep usable goods out of landfills and supports a more sustainable future for our community.

Big Sky Thrift is looking for local artists to help fill our walls with creativity and local images of our beautiful state of Montana!🎨🖼️👩‍🎨🗻🌄

We want to feature 5–10 local artists by turning our walls at the thrift store into a free community gallery space for locals and visitors to enjoy while they shop.

There is no fee to display your work, and 100% of all art sales will go directly to the artist. Purchases will be handled through your own platforms such as Venmo, PayPal, or your personal website.

Our goal is to support local art while bringing more original Montana artwork into the store. We would love to showcase paintings, photography, prints, mixed media, and more that capture the beauty, lifestyle, and spirit of Montana.
