Hiring a General Manager-
Rhinestone Cowgirl is a privately owned Woman’s Boutique located in the Big Sky Town Center which is open daily from 10am-7pm with reduced hours during the Big Sky shoulder seasons. We are looking for a professional individual with experience in retail and customer service who loves fashion and working with others.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, retail merchandising, store cleanliness, employee management and scheduling, customer care, product purchasing, pricing and receiving, and general everyday operations.
Manager must be available for all hours including evenings and weekends and will be expected to work an average 40-45 hour work week.

Compensation-
Manager will be a salaried position of $45,000 a year. There will be no overtime, but benefits include a $200 a month prepaid credit card for expenses such as work travel, health insurance and phone bills, an end of season reimbursement for a Big Sky Ski Pass, and quarterly bonuses based on sales performance and events.
With a year round position the manager will be given one paid pay period off in the spring and one in the fall. These vacation periods will be decided on by the owner and will be based on customer traffic.

We are getting in the Holiday spirit, focusing on weight gain and staying healthy. Walden has surgery scheduled for the 30th so we can enter the new year with a fresh start. Keep sending those positive thoughts and prayers, we can’t wait to introduce this little fighter to everyone!

Rhinestone Cowgirl has a new Cowboy! Amy, Tucker and Fuller welcomed Walden Homer Vanyo to the world of mountains, rivers and big skies on November 10. Walden has a bit of a tough road ahead of him. Due to an infection resulting in surgery we are going to be based out of Salt Lake City Primary Children’s Hospital for awhile. He is meeting some amazing and brilliant doctors, nurses and surgeons and has quickly stolen their hearts, but is still too shy to have his picture taken. We are hoping to be back together in Big Sky and able to visit with all our beautiful customers sometime after the new year.
