A reminder that beauty doesn’t wait for special occasions.
It shows up right where we are.

Sometimes the rewards on summer hikes like these aren’t always marked.

They’re found in the spontaneous turns, the quiet effort, and the anticipation of finding the hidden gems at the end of the path.

Step through the wedding arch, love triumphant.

The arch dates back to ancient Rome, when it symbolized fertility. But everything symbolized fertility then, it seems.

A cross-cultural tradition now meaning new beginnings, home and strength.

May your love provide a foundation on which to build not just a home, but a world, a universe, with your beloved.

And may you inhabit it your world together, with contentment even in hardship, for all of time.
