West Coast Gardens is a beautiful garden center & nurseryā€¦ but itā€™s not just flowersā€¦ weā€™re a one stop shop with home decor, patio furniture, gifts, potted plants, tropicals, trees and shrubs and of course now clothing and accessories!

After my travels to Italy I truly realized that fashion is alive in Europe and there is still a place for dressing up and putting on our best.

I was feeling a little down about how casual North American style has become. I missed the old daysā€¦ even 10 years ago when sundresses and skirts were plentiful.

After visiting Venice, Rome and Amalfi I now know that fashion is still alive and well. Women were so stylish, polished and trendy.

They werenā€™t wearing fast fashion. They were dressed smartlyā€¦ classic trousers with stylish sneakers, pretty midi dresses with cardigan sweaters and again sneakers. I noticed these women werenā€™t sacrificing comfort. They looked extremely at ease, stylish and their version of casual. I didnā€™t see one pair of athletic pants.

They put effort into their hair, make up and accessories. Scarves tied to handbags, stacks of bracelets and layered necklaces.

It was life giving for me! Suddenly, I felt a spur of inspiration. Everywhere I went I saw ideas for styling on everyday people. I loved walking the streets or sitting at a cafe just people watching for style ideas. It was glorious!

Iā€™m channeling that upscale casual energy into my collections now. Iā€™m here for making your every day fit fabulous. If youā€™re with me, Betty will be your jam. If this is just your vacay vibe, thatā€™s ok, weā€™ve got you for that too!
