T-Shirt Order Policy
Thank you so much for choosing our small business! Each shirt is custom made with care, and we want to make sure you know what to expect when placing your order.
🛒 Order Processing
• All orders are made to order. Please allow up to 3-5 for small orders and 7-10 for large orders on business days for production before shipping or pickup.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—reach out to check availability at reasonable time of the hour.
•Once order is confirmed, you have 24 hours to send payment.
🎨 Custom Designs
• We’re happy to create something just for you! Custom design requests must be approved before production begins with a design fee as well.
• Once a custom mockup is approved, no changes can be made.
📦 Shipping & Pickup
• We offer both local pickup and shipping options at checkout.
• Once your order has shipped or is ready for pickup, you’ll receive a notification.
🚫 Cancellations & Changes
• Because every shirt is made to order, we do not accept cancellations after 24 hours.
• Please double-check all details (size, color, spelling, etc.) before placing your order.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error on our end.
• If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right!
📏 Sizing Info
• Sizing may vary slightly by brand. A sizing chart is provided with each listing—please refer to it before placing your order.
