Join us for the Community Closet Swap, a give back event hosted by Cotton & Cashmere and Sugar & Spice Market.

Shop secondhand women’s clothing, shoes and accessories while supporting Blanco ISD Athletic Boosters. No donation is required to shop, and 100% of Community Swap sales will be donated.

All swap items will be priced at $5, $10, $15 or $20. Cash payments only.

Want to donate? Bring up to 20 women’s items, including clothing, shoes, belts and scarves. Bagged donations will be accepted August 17 through September 11. Items must be clean and free of stains, holes or damage. All sizes and styles are welcome.

Cotton & Cashmere and Sugar & Spice Market will also donate a portion of sales from their stores on September 19.

It’s so fitting that the store’s birthday fell on the first day of school this year- today it feels like a new year in so many ways & looking back, I’m grateful for the growth that has happened over the last year. Personally & professionally.

The store has been a place to shop (I mean, obviously- that’s what keeps the bills paid), but it has also been a place to run into friends, talk about aging & perimenopause (Y’ALL 🤯), & find community. If I’m being completely honest, the latter is what keeps the store (and me most day) going. I love seeing your smiling faces & catching up on life.

When I signed the lease for our sweet little space last summer, I wasn’t sure what this summer would look like or how I would balance it all with the rest of my life but because of you guys (in store & online) we were able to hire summer help from within our community to run the store this summer. And what a blessing that was.

If you’re still reading this- thank you for being a part of C&C. Thank you for shopping with us, here’s to year 2 🥂

Sometime I find new lines for the store in Dallas at market, sometimes I meet the maker at a local event & love their product so much that I message them to ask how I can get their line in the store✨

I met Amy, founder of C A D E A U at a local event almost two years ago. I bought one of her candles & quickly became a fan of the scents that she blends for her candles. They’re hand poured in small batches in Dripping Springs & they’re non-toxic (she’s done her research y’all- she’s a mom on a mission to create candles that aren’t harmful to our kids).

Fast forward to today, we messaged back and forth on instagram & now her line is in our store in Blanco. You can stop in to find your favorite scent to fragrance your home.
