Down in the corner is a painting I did myself! I used to watch episode after episode of Bob Ross. I even got to visit his museum. Had the best time getting to see his real paintings in person and the very studio he painted in.

During this time I painted lots of landscapes. Tonight I designed a similar painting to my original but this time in BLEACH!

This is a medium, Nike hoodie, with the request of recreating my personal beach theme bleached hoodie. Phew 😅 That’s a mouthful when you read it out loud!

Anyway, this one was fun because I got to add a few more sea creatures than what the original one had in order to keep every piece unique.

Can’t wait to continue onto the next order. Thank you to the customer who got this one and I hope it’s so loved! 🥰

(The white lines and markings are from it all being sketched beforehand. The chalk will come off when I throw it in the wash and it’ll look 10x better!!)

🐆 Hi, I’m Airy! This is overdue, but I am the artist behind Bleached by Airy.

So a little about me! 🖤
I’m a Christian, wife to Zane, and girl mama. I met my husband in the 6th grade when he asked me to the school dance! 🤯

I create hand-bleached apparel with purpose, creativity, and a little edge.

Every single piece is hand-drawn with chalk and individually bleach-painted by me. No stencil shortcuts, no mass production. 👩🏻‍🎨

I layer different bleach shades, deoxidize with peroxide, and fully wash each item before it ever reaches you. Because of that, no two pieces are ever exactly the same.

I offer custom designs and premade drops on hoodies, crewnecks, tees, long sleeves, shorts, sweats, and tanks. Occasionally shoes when I can get my hands on them. I thrift 90% of my black clothing so that we can keep clothes out of landfills. Even a dent in that issue helps.♻️

I’m open to almost any style you’re looking for besides a realistic picture of a human or pet (I can do a cartoon version of them), and I love bringing your ideas to life in a way that’s unique to you. Describe what you want or even send me inspo pics!

Turnaround time is usually about one week, and I currently ship within the U.S only 🇺🇸

💲Payments accepted: Cash if you’re close, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.
** I do payment to start the process that way I’m not making a custom order with someone’s name and then they decide they no longer want it and I’m left with wasted product and time.

This is a size large tshirt hand painted with bleach for a woman’s granddaughter who works at the Fort Wayne Zoo!! Her favorite animal is Indah the tiger. She also has a favorite Bible verse I put on the sleeve.

This was so much fun to do! I got to play around with different designs and shapes to make each stingray unique.

Fun fact: a few years ago her and I met in a Facebook group that was made for people who watch the same Tiktokers haha we added each other’s snaps and have been online acquaintances ever since. Pretty neat!
