We sell gently used home goods, decor, furniture, women’s clothing and accessories. As a non-profit organization, we depend on donations from individuals to stock our store. Each week, we donate a portion of our revenue to a non-profit in the BloNo community.

✨ Shop Spotlight: Tracy Tobin ✨

If you’ve spent any time at Serendipity Mercantile, you’ve likely experienced the warmth and magic that Tracy brings to the shop every single day. As our incredible shop manager, she’s truly the heart behind so much of what makes this place run so smoothly—and we honestly don’t know what we’d do without her!

Tracy has deep roots in the Twin Cities area and brings both experience and heart to everything she does. A graduate of Normal Community High School and Illinois Wesleyan University, she holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on insurance and accounting—skills that help keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.
She and her husband, Brian, have been married for over 30 years and raised their four children in Lexington. These days, Tracy loves spending time with her family, whether that means traveling to see her kids, enjoying a little glamping getaway, or simply being together.
Around the shop, Tracy’s creativity shines. She has a knack for breathing new life into old treasures, a love for crafting, and a soft spot for great coffee and sweet treats (especially when she’s sharing them with others!). She’s also one of the biggest champions of our amazing vendors, always appreciating the talent and creativity they bring.
More than anything, Tracy has a heart for people. She serves our customers and community with joy, kindness, and purpose, helping make Serendipity not just a store—but a place of encouragement, peace, and connection.
