Designer Eywesr outlet remains open and we are taking every step to ensure strict CDC and published OSHA guidelines are being implemented.
The health and safety of our patients and staff remain our top priority. Together we are weathering the impacts of the COVID-19 Public Health Crisis and we remain committed to being responsive to your needs as the situation evolves. Most importantly, we hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy.
In light of the recent outbreak of the COVID-19, we want to ensure the safety of our patients and employees. We are constantly cleaning and sanitizing our exam rooms, equipment pre-testing area, waiting area, and front desk after each patient and throughout the day with medical-grade cleansers, especially all high-touch and high-traffic areas such as doors, counters, bathrooms, and pens. We currently have strict rules on the capacity of enclosed locations to keep our patients and employees within safe social distancing proximity. We are taking every step to ensure strict CDC and published OSHA guidelines are being implemented.
To align with federal, state, and local guidance, we will be prioritizing essential care appointments at this time. Essential care appointments can include, but are not limited to, Trauma, Vision Loss, Pain, Redness or an exam required for eyewear due to a lost or broken pair.
For routine annual exams, please see our requirements below. If you have any questions, please call our office to speak to a certified optical technician or an eye doctor. Additionally, we ask that you notify our staff before your scheduled appointment if:
You have traveled to a high-risk country or any other COVID-19 affected area in the last 14 days.
You have had close contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19.
You have a fever, any lower respiratory symptoms or symptoms of the flu. If this is the case, we recommend you contact your primary care physician.
If any of the above are applicable, we may respectfully ask to reschedule your appointment for a later date. We feel it is important to protect the safety of our patients and employees and appreciate your cooperation in doing so.
As this is an evolving situation, we will be monitoring and adjusting our plans accordingly and will continue to keep you updated. We have remained open to serve your needs.
We are offering free shipping and/or curbside pick-up for contact lenses and any glasses that may be ready.
