Chef Mark and La Jefe Dalia are both amazing and the food is some of the absolute best!

If you haven’t tried it, RUN don’t walk! You will love it!

Yes. There are times when all we hear are crickets, just the vent hood going, maybe a couple of seats taken during our hours of operation. With the economy the way it is everywhere, and our town growing rapidly with corporate franchises, big boy fast food companies….we ask ourselves “How Long Do We Have?” Even places that are nationally and statewide recognized in TOP Places to eat at are struggling, taking their key cuts for what they’re known for off the menu just to survive. Fact of the matter is, like we have done every year, put it in god’s hands, and just take it one day at a time. This post isn’t a “Pobrecito Us” or any pitty party, times are definitely changing, and all we can do is stay true to who we are and what we’re good at…..Que dios los bendiga 🙏🏻🔥🥰
