We sold our home in 2024 that had a giant curated rose garden that I had planned, cultivated and cared for. My new home has a teeny courtyard in the shade. I found the few areas that get enough sun and planted roses. These are my first blooms! I love flowers in my house and picked these sweet smelling beauties to perfume my surroundings.

Happy May Day! Did anyone else grow up putting flowers on their neighbors front porch, ring the doorbell and run? My mom saved strawberry baskets that we decorated with ribbons and filled with garden flowers on May Day! Such a sweet memory.
