A little before and after action! This bath update was done in just 16 hours!!! We had a client in need and we pride ourselves on meeting needs. The client had a leak that rotted out the subfloor, we came in replaced subfloor and completed the remodel in record time!

Well this was a first for us here at Midkiff Management Solutions. We tell our clients that we specialize in providing solutions to any problem they may have. Here we have a 42 inch Water Moccasin in a cooler. This snake was found at a rental property by renters, and we were called out by a management company to find a solution at 9 PM.

Snake was safely and humanely relocated to a safe environment.

When people ask me what we do I always have the same answer… “We provide solutions regardless of the problem.” No one ever believes it but here we had a vacation rental that has golf cart use, the tire blew out on the cart. Management called us, within a few hours we had it hauled back to property and out of the way. It doesn’t matter what the problem is call us for a solution!!
