Maddy sews

She takes old things and repurpose them.

I had a bunch of long linen dresses I could not sell.

I knew why they wouldn’t sell, they were floor length on most.

I think I sold one to a very tall gal. But I understood  why they wouldn’t sell.

Way too long and the cut was not flattering

Maddy came in. I asked her if she felt inspired and would like a project

She said if it wasn’t time sensitive she would play with it.

I told her to do whatever she wanted with them

She came back today with these rolled in a beautiful blue bow

She made a set out of them.

Took length off the skirt.

They’re so adorable now!
