Ending it how it started.
Walking away from something I love so deeply in my heart has been excruciatingly hard. But the warmth and love I have felt over the past few weeks have been immeasurable.
I’m squeezing my kiddos this morning and soaking it in. Mulberry Road has changed me forever.

If you’ve been in the store in the last month and have wondered where our beautiful book collection went…it was boxed up and sent to Room to Grow. About 500 of them. An organization we have supported from the beginning. We decided the home for those books was best there. And I hope that every time a young child is gifted one of those sweet books, it brings a smile.

We finally have a rewards program 🤞we think🤞is going to work!
For every 500 points reached, you will get a $15 promo code to use in store OR online. 1 point for every dollar spent, plus we will share bonus ways to earn points! It will track by your email address, so if you shop in store, make sure we have your email.
We have been trying to figure this out for 2 years. Endless hours, plus 2 software migrations later, I think we got it.

(I can’t believe I’m about to say this)
But, oh beautiful day, WE WILL BE OPEN TOMORROW FROM 11-4!
We are putting finishing touches together now and will be ready for you, following state guidelines. Sanitizer will be available, masks are mandatory, distancing is mandatory. We have a partition to separate at the register with contact-free transactions. One group at a time to start. We are a small space and need everyone comfortable.
We will post tomorrow with more schedule updates. Still working through that as we piece ourselves back together.
It’s been a long three months. Our hearts are so happy right now.

The guidance we have been given is that we can still fill orders...so we are gonna do just that. One person only, door locked, but stuffing boxes to ship to you brimming with love and maybe a little bit of magic.
I know my retail friends are doing the same. The last week has shown me what a beautiful community of small businesses I get to belong to.
So how can you help us? Shop local, and if you can’t do that, tell your friends to. Share our story. The more people that know that we will lovingly wrap every item and send off with a warm and grateful heart, the better. We’ll never come up on the first page of google, but maybe we will come up in inner circles of group text messages of someone looking for the perfect gift for their new baby niece.
The love we have been shown already is incredible. Thank you-we are all grateful.
