Fresh pine isn't just for the holidays. It's a morning walk through the woods with your dog, a weekend hike with friends, a scenic drive with the windows down, or simply bringing a little bit of nature indoors after a long day.

Star Spangled Jubilee + 4th of July Fireworks Information 2026 🦅 🇺🇸

🚧Please be aware when you are making plans to travel Saturday morning - MAIN STREET will be closed to outside traffic beginning at 11:50am and will last the duration of the parade.
🌭 Local businesses and the Boulder Junction Lions Club will be selling food and beverages - start times vary.
🌟Parade line-up begins at 11:30am on Ada Street, no registration required.
🇺🇸 Parade begins at 12noon.
🧨 Fireworks show will be held at Payzer Memorial Field (Airport Rd), parking begins at 8pm, show will begin at dusk. The Ice Shanty will be serving ice cream. This is a free show, donations appreciated!

Great summertime dish, buy now at BJTC. Open 10 am till 5 pm

Maple Apple Salad is an easy to make dish, perfect for a summer event.

Ingredients:
1 packet Maple Pecan Dip Mix - https://tinyurl.com/2xd3xrpv
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 lbs. (4-5) gala apples, chopped*
1 cup pecans
3/4 cup dried cranberries
Optional: 1/2 cup grapes, sliced
Directions:

Blend together softened cream cheese, sour cream, and entire packet of Maple Pecan Dip Mix. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight or a minimum of 4 hours. Chop apples and place in a large bowl. Add prepared Maple Pecan Dip, pecans, and dried cranberries to bowl with apples and stir until combined. Serve immediately. Juice from apples dilutes dip, and salad can become "watery" within 4 hours.

* To reduce browning of apples, soak diced pieces for 1 minute in a mixture of 2 cups cold water and 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Drain, then pat dry with paper towel.

**You may use other types of apples; we recommend mildly sweet & tart apples.
