in's but gives priority to appointments. Pat's Dancewear also offers a unique service that no other dancewear store offers - we sew shoes purchased at our store for free! Because of the increase shoe sales, we ask that the shoes stay overnight and we can only sew them in a standard area. If your studio, or your foot, requires it to be sewn differently then this is the perfect opportunity to learn to sew your own shoes! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us.

Modern shoes, especially shoes with synthetic shanks, are designed to react to the heat from your feet. Bending your shank can bend your shoe in the wrong place, prematurely kill your shoe, and in some cases snap your shank.

Ask your fitter if you want advice about fitting your shank to your foot.

Team Sales Coordinator and Designer

Location: Pat’s Dancewear – Bountiful, UT
Type: Part Time 20-30 hours per week

Position Overview

As a Team Sales Coordinator you will oversee our custom clothing and graphic design department. This position works directly with coaches, studio owners, directors, and organizations to coordinate apparel, costumes, and other products. As a designer you will assist with artwork creation/management, costume design, sizing, and product selection.

This role is perfect for someone with a creative eye, an affinity for project management, and a passion for the local performing arts and competition industry. Training is provided for the right candidate!

Responsibilities: Sales & Client Relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with dance studios, drill teams, schools, theatres, and other clients.
Respond to team sales inquiries and prepare quotes.
Attend consultations, fittings, and events as needed.
Responsibilities: Creative Direction and Order Management
Coordinate and recommend products that fit each client’s needs, budget, and performance requirements.
Track, manage, and communicate timelines while resolving any issues with vendors/customers
Create and review artwork, logos, and customization details before production.
Research, create, and source new designs for Pat’s Dancewear
Preferred Experience
Customer service and sales
Experience with dance, drill, theatre, cheer, or performing arts
Design and/or artwork experience
Apparel, uniforms, costumes, or promotional products
