have you decided which one of our retro Christmas tee's is your favorite? me either!
what about this design? think anything is missing when you think of Christmas?
we will be the first to say it isn't very traditional, and if you were to say, 'where is santa?' here would be our response...
we aren't celebrating Christmas with santa this year. i still honestly can't believe i'm saying those words out loud. it has been a constant struggle to decide. a huge inner battle. wanting my kid's to 'not miss the magic' but then again realizing how many years we spent with my older kids focused on the wrong thing. (i'm not here to argue the right way to do it, i'm not sure there is a right or wrong, i think each family has to decide what works best for them.)
this is strictly an us decision. absolutely no judgment if you are celebrating santa. we love him & i am already positive i will miss him in some capacity. i just wanted to share, because finding Christmas clothes without santa has been a struggle for me! i've been searching high & low on ways to make this Christmas magical with keeping the focus solely on the birth of Jesus. & with the kids being at the age of questioning everything, i thought the less we visually "see him" the fewer conversations we might have.
so if you are wondering why no santa. there you go. & if you are out there looking for cute Christmas clothes we have you covered no matter how you are celebrating, but if you are specifically wanting santa i can point you to some adorable shops!
