My eyes would gleam and widen as I skimmed through the pictures of clothes and accessories in fashion magazines. I would raid my mother's closet, mimicking the outfits I saw on TV and in magazines while strutting my stu
ff in front of the mirror. I've forever been turning heads and striving to represent myself through my outfits of the day with new styles and trends. Yet, I found myself coming up short when it came to shopping in my area and rarely came across what I was craving; statement pieces. Inspired through my obsession with the well-known fashion dare-devil (from the popular HBO hit TV series S*x & the City) Carrie Bradshaw, combined with an unmatched sense of style and an exceptional eye for adding individuality, I was proud and grateful to launch Little Miss Bradshaw, my clothing boutique out of my aunts’ home in February of 2014. Taking full advantage of social media, word of mouth and support from my friends and family it was not long before I developed my online boutique and was able to share my fabulous finds all over the world with fellow fashionistas like me, with orders coming in from as far as Australia! Grateful for Little Miss Bradshaw’s instant success, I was proud to announce I would be providing customers with statement pieces not only online, but in-person as well in our new store that opened in May of 2014 on Main Street in Branford, CT with trendy clothes and now accessories, too! I’m humbled and thankful for this opportunity and for the ability to share my love for fashion with women like me; daring to be different.
