It is time for a HumpDay Junk Jar! Today’s jar celebrates the versatility of clear glass. Thank you to Jessica | Vintage | Antique | Farmhouse | Thrift | Home Decor and Jennifer Osborne "Jenn" for hosting this hashtag.


Humpday Vintage Junk Jars

This Ball Ideal Jar is filled with lenses and percolator tops.

A. Set of 7 Glass Percolator K**b Tops (1”-1 3/4”) in a variety of heights and styles. Some k**b tops have rough areas on the edges. $15 for the set.
B. Double Convex Lens w/Box. These were used in a Physics classroom during the Optics Unit. The boxes have creases, tissue paper is wrinkled and there is writing on the front. Six available $3 each
C. Neutralizing Lens Set. Each set comes with one concave and one convex lens. Individually the lens either magnify or minimize a distant object observed by the user. When paired together the object is seen normally. These were also used in a Physics classroom during the Optics Unit. The paper envelopes have wrinkles and tears. Five sets available $8 per set
D. Ball Ideal Jar w/Wire Bale and Glass Top. The bale is stiff when opening and closing the jar. $10

This post offers a variety of vintage Nativity figurines. Each hand painted composite piece is embossed Italy, although it is faded on some pieces. Pieces are weathered and have imperfections, chips, etc. Please see photos.
