Hello everyone! Thanks so much for being here.

Through itsa I’ve been focusing on the reclaiming of discarded or second-hand remnants, stitching them together to create playful pieces. In some sense the work here can be seen as a response to a culture of overconsumption, but primarily it serves to express and share the joy that I find in its creation: hunting for materials, embracing the constraints and history of the form, and giving old things new life. Your reactions have been heart warming and thrilling! It seems we all deeply connect with the disgruntled girl with the red cheeks.
