After the fire, this sticky note was still sitting on Chris’s computer:
“Always think of the clients before myself.”
Those words have guided every decision we’ve made since Thursday night.
While we’ve been working through the aftermath, our team spent the weekend in Florence cleaning garments to help keep as many orders moving as possible. We are also working hard to get our production facility back up and running, but recovery takes time.
If you have items at our East James Campbell location, please know we are actively working to get to them as quickly as we can. Right now, many parts of our operation are at a standstill as we coordinate cleanup, equipment, and production. We kindly ask for your grace and patience as we do everything we can to get your items back to you.
To our incredible community, thank you! Your prayers, encouragement, meals, offers to help, and countless acts of kindness have meant more than we can express. We are so grateful for each and every one of you.
We’ll continue putting our clients first, just as we always have, and we’ll keep working until we’re fully back on our feet!
