The games get intense under the hot summer sun - June 23, National Hydration Day, reminds us to replace fluids lost in the heat of battle. Drink plenty of fluids before, during, and post-workout. Fluids can include sports drinks that contain electrolytes to replenish the essential minerals the body loses through perspiration.
