The Running Lab in Southeast Michigan has one main goal in mind – to have running form as the top priority for all runners. Whether walking or running being fit in the proper pair of shoes will reduce the chance of injury and create a better walking and running experience. Running should be viewed as a skill, and it takes growing those skills one step

at a time. Running Lab custom fit process analyzes gait to determine the proper shoe for you. The unique video process captures how you strike and how you move. The camera and video system are used to look at your running skill and help to improve it. The two camera angles help capture your landing and your body positioning. With the rear camera view we review the stability of your foot in a shoe and from the side angle we look at form and positioning. This provides us the unique position to offer tips to help you moving forward in your running.
