Buttons & Bows Boutique Payment must be made first before ordering. I will send invoices when the item closes. This is a Pre-Order only page. I run pre orders to help with my quota.

At the same time I give you the best cost at pre order... Once they arrive, they are switched to in stock items , the price does go up a tad. Pre Orders do take 4-5 weeks.. Maybe 3 at the least. I only order the best material possible for you all! I don't refund unless I make a mistake.. Which it happens. I'm human. :)
