So Veekee James just posted these celebrities online today that people should vote for the best dress male category from her 30th birthday party. The winner will go home with 1M.

Remember, Nons Miraj won best dress female during the birthday party, they voted for her in the venue. They didn't vote for the male category that day, so she decided to create an online vote today.

As a fashion designer, I love the fact that she recognizes how these celebrities spent milliòns just to attend a party.

I still wonder why people always want to compare Veekee James and Tubo especially when a big wedding trends. And coincidentally, this has happened a number of times.

Remember and And now this!

There’s always this subtle “Veekee James no reach Tubo” unspoken remark and tbh, that’s a water down to Tubo’s skill, creativity and craftwomanship. Why the comparison?

These women are Queens in this thing, while one has been in the industry longer than the other doesn’t mean anyone is better than the other.

They are both winning.

Now, let’s talk a little about what Veekee James has done in this industry.

There was a time most fashion designers wouldn’t show their process to anyone. Even down to their workers but Veekee did it once and now even you as a non designer would see the process —from consultation to finished work.

Until Veekee did the video with Sharon before others started doing it. It was just voiceovers.

I love Veekee. Oh, I love Tubo.
Their designs are absolutely stunning and deep.
They’ve made a name for themselves.
Tubo is up and about as well as Veekee.

I am sure you don’t expect them to do the same thing, that would be weird, if you ask me.
Veekee likes to be visible unlike Tubo (except now)

Why are you always introducing Tubo? Mehnnnn.
You knew Veekee because she put herself in y’all face everyday especially with her diversification into other things.

Let these two shine, they can!
