🎉Meet Emily, Our PTA Vice President of Memberships! 🎉

Emily is a proud mom to two amazing kiddos, Claire and Brooks, and an orange tabby 🐈 named William. If she could be any animal, she'd choose a tiger🐯 —because tigers are courageous, resilient, and fierce protectors who guide their cubs with strength and care.

Emily believes that joining the PTA is a wonderful way to support our children's potential, build a strong sense of community, and advocate for the needs of every student. She's passionate about creating meaningful connections that help our school thrive.

A few fun facts about Emily: She has an unapologetically bold food opinion—balsamic vinaigrette belongs on pizza 🍕 ! (If you haven't tried the Rocksteady at Empire Slice House, she highly recommends it.) If she could have any dream job, she'd be a little bit of everything: an artist, a florist, or a nature explorer. 💐

When she's not volunteering with the PTA, you'll likely find Emily painting, 🖼️ creating, listening to music, 🎵 or spending time outdoors—activities that bring her joy and inspire her creativity.

🎉Meet our PTA Council Delegate, Laura! 🎉

Laura is the proud mom of twin daughters, Macey and Carlie, and brings a unique perspective, a great sense of humor, and a heart for serving our school community. If she could be any animal, she'd choose a platypus—because it's one of a kind! And as a rockstar cancer survivor who has undergone radiation, she jokes that she might even glow a little. 🩷 💪🏻

Laura continues to serve on the PTA Board because she deeply appreciates the Wolf Creek administration, teachers, and staff. She believes in giving back to the people who have given so much to her family over the years.

When she's not volunteering, you'll find Laura traveling, curled up with a good book 📖, or dreaming about a career as an FBI Behavioral Analyst. And if you ask her about food, be prepared for her hottest take: purple things should taste like purple! 💜

🗣️Meet Our New PTA Treasurer: Amber!

We're excited to introduce Amber, our new PTA Treasurer!

Amber is the proud mom of four amazing children—Christion, Asianna, Aralease, and Leo. When asked what animal best represents her, she chose a wolf, reflecting her strong sense of family, loyalty, and teamwork. 🐺

📖 Amber's journey with the PTA began as a volunteer and homeroom mom. Before getting involved, she wasn't quite sure what the PTA was all about. As she volunteered, she saw firsthand the incredible impact the PTA has on our students, staff, and school community. Inspired by all they do, she decided to join the board this year to give back even more to the best elementary school!

Outside of school, Amber enjoys stargazing, 🔭 gardening, and spending quality time watching movies 🎥 with her family. She's also fascinated by crime scene investigations and says her dream job would be to become a crime scene investigator.🕵️

As for food, Amber says she'll happily eat almost anything—except spaghetti! 🍝 Her favorite meal is her husband's homemade red curry chicken, which she says is hands down the best.

🎉Meet Our Returning PTA Secretary – Krista! 🎉

We're so excited to welcome back Krista as our returning PTA Secretary! Krista is the proud mom of two boys, Grayson and Braxton, and she's passionate about staying involved in their schools.

If she could be any animal, she'd choose a dolphin 🐬 because they are beautiful, graceful, smart, strong, fun, and playful—qualities she truly admires!

Krista loves serving on the PTA because she believes teachers and staff play such an important role in our children's lives. She enjoys supporting, encouraging, and showing appreciation for the incredible team at Wolf Creek, whom she considers the absolute best. She also loves getting to spend time with the students during the school day and getting to know them—they make every day so much fun! 🤩

If she could have her dream job, she'd be either a dolphin trainer 🐬 or a singer 🎤 . And one fun fact about Krista: she loves to travel and soak in the scenery, the atmosphere, and the unique experiences that every new place has to offer.

🗣️🗣️We're so grateful to have Krista returning to the PTA Board and can't wait for another amazing year!
