There’s a kind of grace in learning to receive — not just give, not just do, but actually let things in. The warmth of a place. The generosity of people who welcome you like you’ve always belonged. A moment of quiet, undemanded joy.

I’m coming home from the Vineyard with a full heart. The kind of humans who remind you why staying curious matters, why saying yes to the unfamiliar keeps you alive. I met souls last week who gave freely — their stories, their laughter, their time — and I’m learning, more and more, to let that land instead of rushing past it.

Positivity isn’t something you manufacture. It’s something you make room for. You open the door and let it in, and then — this is the part I forget most — you say thank you. Out loud. To the people who gave it to you.

Grateful for an incredible week, for the humans, for every small unearned kindness.
And I geeked out on incredible crafty works at the Agricultural fair.

Happy August! This month, I’m excited to return to the Vineyard in a couple of weeks. 🌾

I was introduced to Martha’s Vineyard last summer by a dear friend and fell in love with the community. Through MVAAFF, and through the friends on the Island who welcomed me in like family, I left with new friendships and a feeling I’ve carried with me ever since.

This August, we’re coming back with a week long residency with curated pop up activations where you’ll find me styling and fitting you in real time. Stay tuned and follow us for details 💙
