This neighborhood friendly, family owned and operated dojo in the heart of the upper west side is a martial arts institution. Also as this is written, the only full Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program in the neighborhood! The school is run by head instructors Kyoshi Matthew Fremon & Kyoshi Jennifer Fremon, both 5th dan's in the Kenshikai lineage and Black and Brown belts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well. Their daughter maya is also a Blackbelt in Kenshikai.
