Upstate Stock is a unique company that was born out of the belief that the long history of manufacturing in NY State is not dead.

Basing the brand on the concept of vertical manufacturing, where all aspects of the production process are owned by us. Upstate Stock was born out of simple fact that American manufacturing of the highest quality is still out there, the same manufacturing from decades ago that is both at a standard that very few countries can match, but also affordable. At Upstate we are attempting bring these goo

ds in to a market that they have never had access to in the past. Our factory, located in upstate New York, has been making knit accessories since 1946, both for the military and NYPD. It is our goal to bring these amazing products to the contemporary market, giving the factory a new avenue for sales, and our customers access to quality USA made goods.

We are getting so close to getting our 3 new flavors of our organic birch sap seltzers into production. We are trying to create very unique flavors that will set us apart from other seltzer brands, while also keeping them affordable. As always, we took inspiration of our travels across NY and the states rich agricultural history. Our birch sap comes from Forest Famers, a regenerative maple and birch farm that mainly sources from NY State. Are you excited to try them?

All of our seltzers are unique, inspired by the long history of agriculture in New York State. Our apple and gooseberry flavor is rooted in that heritage—apples have thrived here since colonial times, while gooseberries, once restricted due to disease concerns, are now making a quiet comeback.
