ime 4-7 business days. If there is going to be a delay due to material shipment etc.. I will let you know and we will establish a ship date from there. Once the product has been made and personalized for you there are no cancellations or returns. So few packages have ever ended up lost or destroyed in shipment so with that in mind, I DO NOT pay for insurance, or confirmation of receipt. If you would like either of these services please notify me when ordering and I will add these additional costs to your order.
