I, Ashley Flemings, am the proud owner of this Boutique. I named the boutique after my daughter, "Zion". We are a small in-house company at this time, whom is designed to help young girls have the opportunity to experience the world of pageantry. I am aware that formal dresses can be expensive brand new. Our inventory brand new ranges from
$400-$750 per dress, depending on design and designer. That is why the goal is to rent these luxury gowns, at an affordable cost. In hopes to every girl feeling, looking, and experiencing “ being a Princess.”
We have many gowns to choose from. The albums show Rentals by size. I hope you can find something you like. I look forward to serving your needs. MOTO OF OUR COMPANY:

- Prices:
Customers must set up a Consultation Visit, before rental is allowed. This visit is $50 fee and is an 1 hour visit.
* Only customer + 1-2 parent/ guardian are allowed in this visit ( no other children besides the customer “ one renting dress for.”)
* During Consultation you will come to location provided. You will meet owner or staff member, then allowed to try on 3 dresses available dresses maximum, make decision on rental, do a sit- down 25 min meeting to sign Rental Contract/ Agreement ( parent/ guardian your current ID/ Driver License is required for record during signing of contract).
* Your choice in rental- dress will be available for pickup the day before your event, times 3- 6 pm ONLY.
* If this is an event where our joined Pageantry company “ Dreams Made Alive Glitz Pageants” is sponsoring a local pageant. ALL CUSTOMER DRESSES WILL BE BROUGHT TO EVENT. AND CUSTOMERS WILL PICK UP, UPON CHECK IN ON PAGEANT DAY. AND RETURN UPON DISMISSAL OF PAGEANT, AT CHECK IN DESK ALSO.
- If the dress is used for an event we are not sponsoring. The return is due the NEXT DAY following the event, by 4 pm. Late arrivals of return, will accure a $25 LATE FEE day of, received after 4 pm ( no exceptions). Each day after $20 extra. After 48 hrs/ 2 days ( and still LATE), customer must pay total Late fee ( which would total $65). But WILL NOT be allowed, for any other future rentals per contract rules. Late Fee Chart:
1) If bring after 4 PM day due $25 CASH
2) If bring up to 24 hours later $25+ $20 = $45 CASH
3) If bring up to 25- 48 hours later $25+ $20+ $20 = $65 CASH * AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED FOR FUTURE RENTALS. We thank you all again, our valued customers.
