PSA: please take a minute and oil your fine leather goods. I’m talking wallets, belts, knife sheaths, holsters, Saddles and other tack. What is the best oil you ask? It really doesn’t matter, Neatsfoot oil, I use olive oil, or other conditioner. NO Motor oil. Sno seal, mink oil are more of a water proofer than an oil. A light oiling on vegetable tanned leather helps preserve the leather for many, many years. If it is cracking and falling apart it’s too late. Every six months would be good. This is just my opinion and want your leather products to last. Have questions ask and I will try and answer.
